Exchange Process:

Email us at mashockeymn@gmail.com to begin your exchange. We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label—no shipping costs for you! Send your items back using the label provided, and we’ll be happy to send you out your exchanged items. Once Items are returned for exchange, normal shipping times apply for new items to go out.

(If more than one exchange attempt is desired, additional exchange attempts can be made at the shipping cost of the customer.)

Send your items back using the label provided, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your payment will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card with the balance of your refund will be issued to you.
